About this Flat Insulated Pergola, Composite Deck & Privacy Screen project

This property located in Spring Farm in the Macarthur area, close to Camden, Elderslie, Mount Annan and Narellan Vale, was recently built without a rear Verandah and looked very unfinished.

We were engaged to build this Flat Aluminium Insulated Pergola with Paperbark (Colourbond colour) Beams and Posts with a Deep Ocean (Colourbond colour) slotted gutter and barge capping. The topside of the Insulated Roof Sheet was Monument (Colourbond colour) and the underside was in a Pearl White (Colourbond colour) smooth finish.

The flooring used was NewTech Wood Decking in the colour of Silver Grey to give a sophisticated floor finish with very low maintenance that your standard hardwood timbers require.

Lastly, this beautiful outdoor area was capped off with an Aluminium Privacy Screen in Paperbark (Colourbond colour) to give a semi enclosed feel but also provide privacy from the surrounding houses, finished off with 4 x Cool downlights designed and approved for Insulated Panel.
