This beautiful property in Mittagong, which is located in the Southern Highlands right by Bowral, Braemar, Colo Vale, Berrima and Moss Vale, had a run down structure that was in need of replacement. After removal of the old delapidated pergola, we installed a new Insulated Pergola using Riser Brackets off the fascia, in the colour Monument, to allow the structure to be above roof height without going into the roof. With downlights and fans installed by our trusted electrician Nathan from Nace Electrical, the end result is an outdoor area to be envied! Check out the during and after photos- you will note there are a couple of slabs ready to go for a BBQ and Jacuzzi.

Now let’s not forget to talk about the flooring- instead of your typical concrete slab, the client chose a beautiful Composite Deck to really lift the area and unlike your typical timbers, composite decking has a no maintenance guarantee. With a quick mop, this will be looking new for many years to come.
